How do I order?
Choose a product, add it to your cart and enter your delivery details. You pay cash on delivery, to the courier when the parcel arrives. An order confirmation is sent to your email.
How long does delivery take?
Items in stock are dispatched within two to three working days, and delivery within Croatia takes one to two working days. For personalised items we confirm the timing when we confirm your order.
Can I have a name or initials added?
Yes. Most products can be embossed with a name, initials or an emblem. On the product page, choose personalisation and enter your text or pick an emblem.
How do I choose the right collar or belt size?
Measure your dog’s neck or your waist with a tape measure and add two fingers. If you’re not sure, send us the measurement and we’ll recommend a size.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason. Personalised and made-to-measure items cannot be returned. All the details are in the Terms of sale.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The shipping cost for your country is shown in the cart before you order.
