Where we ship

We ship orders by courier to Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, to the address you enter when ordering.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost depends on the country and is shown in the cart before you confirm your order. Above the amount shown in the cart, shipping is free.

Delivery time

Items in stock are handed to the courier within two to three working days of confirming your order. Delivery within Croatia usually takes one to two working days, and to Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina three to five working days.

For personalised and made-to-measure items we confirm the timing when we confirm your order. In any case we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Payment

You pay cash on delivery, to the courier when the parcel arrives. All prices are in euros (€) and are final. The invoice comes with the parcel.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel is visibly damaged, ask the courier to write a report or refuse delivery, then let us know at info@intony.hr.

Returns

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason. The procedure is described in the Terms of sale.
