Terms of sale

Who the seller is, how the contract is made, how to withdraw from a purchase and where to send a complaint.

Ordering and the contract

You place an order with the “Place order with obligation to pay” button in the cart. Straight after that you receive an email saying we have received it. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or phone.

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and cancel or change the order with your agreement, at no cost to you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros (€) and are final. The shipping cost is shown in the cart before you order. You pay cash on delivery, to the courier when the parcel arrives.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the period ends, by email to info@intony.hr or by post to [ulica i broj, poštanski broj i mjesto]. You may use the form below, but you don’t have to.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement.
As you paid in cash on delivery, we refund the money by transfer to a bank account you give us, free of charge.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them.
Please send the goods back no later than 14 days from the day you sent us your statement. You bear the direct cost of returning them.
You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

Under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example embossed with a name, initials or an emblem, or made to your measurements.

Liability for defects

We are liable for defects in the goods under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act, for two years from delivery. If you notice a defect, send a description and a photo to info@intony.hr and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Written complaints

You can send a complaint by email to info@intony.hr or by post to [ulica i broj, poštanski broj i mjesto]. We confirm receipt without delay and send a written reply no later than 15 days after receiving it.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we cannot settle a dispute between us, you may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. [Enter the competent body, e.g. the Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, and whether you agree to take part.]
