What we collect and why
Orders
Your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, note and the contents of your order. We need them to deliver the order and issue an invoice (performance of a contract and a legal obligation). We also record the IP address with each order to prevent misuse (legitimate interest).
Contact form
Your name, email address, phone number if you enter it, and your message. We use them only to reply to you. The message is not stored on the site; it reaches us by email.
Remembering your details
If you tick the option in the cart, your delivery details are saved only in your browser so you don’t have to enter them again. We cannot see them. They are deleted when you untick the option or clear your browser data.

Who we share data with
- The courier: name, address, phone number and the cash-on-delivery amount, to deliver your order.
- Service providers the shop relies on: website hosting and email delivery, and our accounting service.
- Google, only if you choose to show the map (see Cookies).
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep data
We keep orders and invoices for 11 years, as required by the Croatian Accounting Act. We keep email correspondence for as long as it is needed to reply or to resolve a complaint.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to info@intony.hr and we will reply within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only authorised staff can access order data.
This policy applies from November 2026. We will announce any significant changes on this page.
